TK AI Solutions builds AI phone answering and online booking software for nail, lash, and hair salons across the United States. Our product is HeyNailSpa.
What we do
A nail technician with both hands busy cannot pick up the phone. Those calls go to the salon next door. We fix that with two things:
- An AI receptionist that answers the salon's phone 24/7, talks to the caller, and writes the appointment straight into the salon's book.
- An online booking page the salon can link from Apple Maps, Google, or their own site, so customers can book without calling at all.
Every appointment from either route lands in one dashboard the salon owner can open on their phone.
Text messages we send
When a customer books an appointment at one of our salon clients and checks the consent box on the booking page, we send text messages on that salon's behalf:
- An appointment confirmation, right after booking
- A reminder before the appointment time
- A request to leave a review after the visit
The consent checkbox is not pre-checked, and agreeing is never required in order to book. Customers who do not opt in are called by the salon instead.
Who we serve
Independent nail and beauty salons in the United States, most of them family-run businesses. We set the system up for the owner so they do not have to configure anything themselves.
